Return & Refund Policy

At Z-Craft Labs, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products. Because each item is made specifically for our customers, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or changes of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're happy to make it right.
To qualify for a free replacement:

You must contact us within 10 days of your package being marked as delivered.

Email us at zcraftlabs@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
After we receive the returned item, we will manufacture and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Replacement
We cannot replace or refund items that are:

Damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery.

Modified or altered after delivery.

Showing normal wear and tear.

Reported more than 10 days after delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at zcraftlabs@gmail.com. We will work with you to correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
If a replacement is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Z-Craft Labs will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. We will also provide instructions regarding the return of the original item.
