Shipping Locations
At Z-Craft Labs, we currently ship orders only within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping outside of these locations at this time.
Orders shipped to locations outside of the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, may require additional shipping fees due to increased transportation costs. Any applicable additional shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
By placing an order with Z-Craft Labs, you acknowledge that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 days after the estimated delivery date provided at checkout, please contact us. We will work with you to investigate the status of your package, assist in locating it, or determine the best solution.
If your package cannot be located or is confirmed to be lost, we may send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Z-Craft Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
